• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

B. Technical Issues:

• In the event of technical issues or difficulties accessing a scheduled session due to platform-related issues, please contact the instructor as soon as possible.

• Refunds or rescheduling options may be provided at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

C. Refunds:

• Refunds for cancelled memberships or sessions will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is received.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Payment and Billing
