Feeling overwhmled or exharust in life, want to explore some mindful art activities for self-soothing, stress reduction to gain a peaceful mind? Or you’re just wanna do some new and interesting painting acitivites?

 

Let’s discover the joy of mindfulness through the Tranquil Regular Online Mindful Art Class! It is a REGULAR class to explore the power of mindful arts; Class will be held as follow:

Week 1-2 Zentangle Drawing

Week 3-4 Naomi Pastel Art

Week 5-6 Mandala drawing

Week 7-8 Free Drawing

(New Series will start on Oct, 2024)

* Session can be delivered by English, Mandarin or Cantonese; No previous knowledge of art is required.

Who: Adults who want to seeking self-expression or self-awareness through visual art.

Where: ONLINE - Must have access to Google Meet

When: Every Tuesday night at 830-945pm (EDT/UTC/GMT -4)

Bring:

Week 1-2 Zentangle Drawing: An A4 skatch book, a few pencil and a set of colour pencil

Week 3-4 Naomi Pastel Art: 6 skatch papers cut in 15*15cm; An a pack of soft pastel

Week 5-6 Mandala drawing: An A4 skatch book, a few pencil and a set of colour pencil

Week 7-8 Free Drawing: Bring whatever colour materials you have!

 

Reminder:

• Class limited to 7 people.

• The class is exclusively available in an international base. Please clearly check the time zone to make sure that you are able to attend the event.

• Please CHECK your mail box before a week from the event held, to gain details and the meeting link. REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL BOX AS WELL.

• Please OPEN both of your mic and camera in the event, to make sure the interaction goes well.

 

Refund Policy:

• Refunds or make-up class can be arranged up to 3 days before the lesson.

• You can only request sick leave (within 24 hours) for 1 time in 3 months. There will be no refund if you exceed more than 1 times within 3 months.
